Brand Manager for Smart Buildings
The Brand Manager is a critical global role in driving the Johnson Controls brand function for smart buildings. The position involves leading all brand projects, focusing on strategy, performance, competitive evaluation and benchmarking, as well as planning, integration and activation support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and refine JCIs brand strategy in smart buildings, including brand architecture and identity creation.
* Conduct competitive benchmarks and analysis for JCI's global brand performance in the smart buildings space, providing recommendations to drive breakthroughs in this industry.
* Provide governance and support in the global activation of the smart buildings brand strategy, tracking progress and recommending actions to address gaps.
* Promote key thought leadership and positioning programs to enhance the equity and strength of the brand in smart buildings.
* Develop programs and activities to increase global engagement in the smart buildings category, both externally and internally.
* Educate new acquisitions and joint ventures about the JCI smart buildings brand strategy, as well as promote awareness at new events and showcases.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
* Extensive experience in marketing and communications, with specific expertise in Brand Strategy within a global organization.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
* Strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English essential for this position.
* Strong writing, analytical, project management and organizational skills.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
* Willingsness to work 3 days from the office in Neuhausen.
