Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our financial operations in Pully at 100%. The Junior Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the accounting field.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
* Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
* Process accounts payable transactions.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
* Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
* Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
Requirements
* Internship or prior 1-2 years experience in an accounting-related role in Switzerland.
* Understanding of accounting principles and practices – Swiss CO or/and GAAP.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Dynamics BC 365 is a strong asset).
* Fluent in English and French (German is a strong asset).
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
