In line with MSC Cruises policies and procedures, under the supervision of the SPA Manager, we are seeking a Spa Sales Associate to drive service and retail sales in order to maximise SPA revenue and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To interact with guests to ensure Spa retail and service sales, host activities, and conduct wellness consultations.
2. To manage the Spa boutique area, greeting and assisting guests, following setup and merchandising guidelines, and inventory management.
3. To execute regular wellness and spa events as per company procedure, including setup, script, and promotional offers.
4. To provide skincare, body care, and hair care consultations, promoting service and retail solutions.
5. To support the onboard therapist and technician team in closing retail sales.
6. To support the Spa Reception in upselling, upgrading, and closing service packages.
7. To execute product knowledge and retail techniques training sessions for the Spa Team.
8. To assist in all areas of SPA operation as requested by the SPA Manager.
Requirements:
* Advanced - Product knowledge (Skincare, Body care, Hair care)
* Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English; additional language proficiency is an asset
* High School Graduate or equivalent
* Up-selling and cross-selling skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
