Responsibilities
1. Reviewing the existing risk management framework and processes to ensure their effectiveness.
2. Facilitating the identification, evaluation, management, and monitoring of risks across the bank through the development of risk management methodologies and tools.
3. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of relevant business processes, systems, and related risks, consulting with business/control process owners on developing processes and controls to manage risks.
4. Preparing risk management reports for regular management meetings and external risk reporting to auditors and stakeholders.
5. Conducting regular reviews of relevant policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, collaborating with internal and external auditors.
6. Providing support, education, and training to staff to maintain awareness of risk management and internal control within the organization.
Qualifications
1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. CIA or CPA certification is required.
3. Experience as a risk process manager in an international bank is necessary.
4. Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulations.
5. Understanding of the risk landscape in banking areas.
6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
8. Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
9. English is a must; French and German are advantageous.
