Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and developing the ISO 22000 system
• Ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000 requirements
• Collaborating with the Environmental Protection Officer to implement ISO 14001
• Leading the HACCP Team
• Conducting risk assessments on processes and procedures
• Overseeing improvement and change processes
• Ensuring food safety throughout all production stages
• Organizing and conducting internal and external audits
• Establishing and maintaining a continuous process-oriented management system
• Preparing reports for management
• Participating in various projects and representing quality aspects
Required qualifications include:
• Completed training as a certified Quality Manager (NDS HF)
• Several years of experience in a food-producing environment
• Advanced knowledge in microbiology, preferably in meat technology
• Proven expertise in HACCP, GHP, food law, and audit practices
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for quality management
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluent German language skills
• Reliable and precise work style with a high focus on quality
