OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & CUSTOMER SPECIALIST(at 100% basis)
This role is a match for a person that has the power and mental capacity to keep daily operations of a versatile tech-startup fully in control. A structured, communicative but at the same time hands-on mind set are your key characteristics.
In your role as an Operations Specialist, your task will be to ensure that our daily operations run smoothly.
In your role as Office Clerk, you will work closely with the CEO and ensure that all office-related responsibilities, which involve administrative tasks are completed in a professional, trustworthy and efficient manner.
We are seeking a team member that aims to grow with LocalBini over the next years.
In more detail, your core responsibilities include to:
1. Handle daily business operations (70-80% of your work time) such as: handling zendesk tickets and our service phone hotline; processing bookings; creative problem solving (there are many such situations!); calling locals to ensure they are ready to host experience; calling travelers to check on their satisfaction; load, maintain & update tour content in cities; identify and recruit new potential Locals to host experiences.
2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Ensure LocalBini delivers on its quality promise.
4. Complete Office Administrative duties in a trustworthy & meticulous manner (20-30% of your work time).
ABOUT YOU
* Strong computer literacy & tech awareness.
* Completed EFZ apprenticeship (Kaufmann/frau or similar), or advanced education.
* Proficient skills in English and German; French is a plus.
* Being able to execute (“just-do-it”).
* Ideally, sufficient strong work experience in the above described responsibilities.
