From a secret boutique shopping Experience with a gemologist, to wine-tasting with an expert sommelier, LocalBini.com features authentic city Experiences that people can book based on their interests (eg. art, architecture, foodie, nightlife, history etc.).
Culture & Operations Internship (100% basis) - 6-12 months
You will join our Product Management Team (PMT)! The PMT is the backbone of our success. You will join a special project for a period minimum six and maximum twelve months. The PMT is responsible that:
* Experiences curated by Locals are curated according to our standards
* Experiences are in line with our community guidelines
* Experiences are loaded (manually) to our distribution network
* Experiences are correctly updated and maintained
Partially, the scope of the PMT is also to liaise with the local community of Locals to further grow the community.
Your core responsibilities include
* Load, maintain and update experiences (products) in existing cities as well as new cities. (60% of the work time)
* Identify and recruit new potential Locals to host experiences. (30% of the time)
* Liaise with and assist the Operations Team in business operations. (20% of the time)
ABOUT YOU
* Strong computer literacy & tech awareness.
* In-between education (e.g. gap year, bachelor - master, in a career transformation or seeking a glimpse into product management in a startup).
* Proficient skills in English, German is a plus.
WE OFFER
* A 12-month internship in St. Galen on-site, with a monthly internship salary of CHF 1'000. If you wish to do an internship below 12 months, then it is only offered on a volunteer basis (unpaid)
* Helicopter perspective on how to run a startup.
* Limited time-contract on this special project; with potential to be taken over.
