Operations Management Traineeship (at 100% basis)
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the operational backbone of a fast-growing tech startup? LocalBini’s 2-year Traineeship in Operations Management offers you the opportunity to dive into all aspects of business operations while preparing for a future leadership role, such as Operations Associate or Chief of Staff.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Operations Trainee, you will develop hands-on expertise in running and optimizing the operations of a versatile and dynamic startup. Your responsibilities will include:
* Manage customer service channels, including handling Zendesk tickets and the phone hotline, with a view to automate repetitive tasks.
* Process bookings, maintain documentation, and continually refine workflows with AI to boost productivity and accuracy.
* Communicate with locals and travelers to ensure high satisfaction, while driving efficiencies in how we manage these interactions.
ABOUT YOU
* Problem Solver: Excited to solve challenges ad-hoc.
* Analytical Thinker: Comfortable with data analysis and strategic problem-solving to identify and address bottlenecks.
* Hands-On & Proactive: Ready to execute plans and SOPs with precision and a “just-do-it” attitude.
* Organized Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).

* A supportive work environment based in St. Gallen, Switzerland, with a monthly traineeship salary of CHF 2’500 in the first year and CHF 3’500 in the second (if you have an MA, else CHF 3'000).
