Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate and implement maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability through predictive and corrective measures, responding promptly to breakdowns.
* Develop and refine CMMS software efficiency by implementing new products, updating procedures, and enhancing change management.
* Oversee Spare Parts Management, guaranteeing timely availability to minimize production interruptions.
* Establish and enforce safety protocols for equipment interventions, ensuring compliance with LOTO procedures.
* Provide technical support and understanding of operations, including commissioning new equipment, validation/qualification processes, and review of process design.
* Lead shutdown preparation and management initiatives.
* Ensure all maintenance actions adhere to GMP norms and standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within the pharma, biotech, or medtech sectors.
* Proficiency in English and German languages.
* Swiss or EU nationality.
