POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the power electronics market and a strong track record of building customer relationships, expanding regional market share, and driving revenue growth. The position will be based out of Switzerland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in key sectors including AI Datacenter Servers, 5G Telecom, and Large DC Power Systems.
3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and channel distributors.
4. Lead customer engagement initiatives and deliver solutions aligned with client requirements.
5. Monitor and analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, field application engineers, and R&D to influence product direction and solution offerings.
7. Coordinate with marketing and attend trade shows and industry events to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
8. Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
9. Provide regular feedback and insight to internal teams on market needs, challenges, and opportunities.
10. Ensure excellence in customer service, from proposal through post-sales support.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a customer-facing commercial or sales role.
2. Proven track record of regional sales success in the power electronics industry or a related field.
3. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%) across the EMEA region, including Israel.
4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
2. Experience working in Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technologies.
3. Proficient in CRM systems and digital tools for sales tracking and reporting.
4. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multicultural, cross-functional teams.
5. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with evolving priorities.
