We’re looking for a Front Office Assistant to:
* analyze various remediation items related to the preparation for the client migration
* document client structures (legal entities & individuals) and reflect these in the systems and documents according to internal and external regulations and policies
* capture client data in internal systems
* coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and clients to gather - information needed
Your team
You’ll be working in the Remediation Support in GWM. We are specialized in reviewing client documentation and clean-up of data quality for bothLegal Entities and Private Individuals ensuring relationship readiness for upcoming client migration.
Your expertise
* at least 1-2 year of banking experience
* experience in a supporting or client documentation role
* customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude
* ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility
* detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery
* facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.)
* strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written). Other language skills are a plus
