Job Description:
A M365 Solution Lead Architect is responsible for leading the architecture group and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the architecture team, overseeing deliverables from domain architects covering core systems, infrastructure, data, and other areas.
* Conduct weekly meetings to review architecture proposals and deliverables, ensuring adherence to guiding principles, technology preferences, and organizational standards.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to the architecture group and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Solution Design and Implementation:
* Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Drive the implementation of M365 best practices in terms of Governance, Compliance, and Security.
* Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation for Microsoft 365 environments, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
* Oversee the integration and management of Azure Entra within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring secure and efficient access management, identity governance, and compliance.
* Monitor and optimize Azure Entra performance, Governance, and security.
Technical Leadership:
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team and other stakeholders, conducting regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration.
* Identify areas for improvement and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies, excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 products.
* Proven experience in identity and access management, security, and compliance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
