Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Consultant
Endeavour Recruitment has a long-term contract opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Consultant to join a Global Organisation based in Switzerland.
Senior level: More than 10 years of relevant experience.
The scope of this role covers the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 components meeting client’s operational requirements. The primary components foreseen for this project are:
1. D365 Customer Service: To manage and enhance customer interactions.
2. D365 Contact Center Premium: For integrated communication and case management.
3. D365 Sales: To facilitate efficient sales management and pipeline tracking.
4. D365 Customer Insights: To derive actionable insights from customer data.
5. D365 Marketing: For comprehensive marketing campaign management and automation.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Blueprint Document: High-level and detailed system architecture.
2. Configuration Documentation: Custom workflows, roles, and data models.
3. Operational Workflows: Deployment of automated workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
4. Configuration Deliverable: Fully configured Dynamics 365 modules, including user roles, dashboards, workflows, and permissions, ready for deployment.
5. Test and Release Management Framework: Develop a comprehensive Test and Release Management Framework to ensure the structured validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
6. Integration Plan: Specifications for ERP, MDM, and external system interfaces.
7. Data Migration: Successful interim, planned, and long-term migration of legacy data, validated and optimized for use within Dynamics 365.
8. Integration deliverables: Functional integrations with ERP, IAM, and other enterprise systems, including tested and operational APIs.
9. Contact Center Implementation Deliverables: Fully configured Contact Center Premium capabilities, with integrated telephony systems and omnichannel support.
10. Training Materials: Comprehensive guides and modules for users.
11. Post-Go-Live Support Plan: Hypercare and steady-state operations framework.
12. Governance Framework: Implementation and operation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system must align and adhere to the organisation's policies, processes, and governance for information security and lifecycle.
13. Performance Optimization: Regular system monitoring and performance enhancements to ensure scalability and reliability.
14. Knowledge Transfer: Structured sessions to ensure staff can independently manage and maintain the CRM system.
15. Exit Strategy Documentation: Comprehensive handover plans, including documentation for configurations, customisations, and workflows, ensuring smooth transitions to new suppliers if required.
