Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically with private clients across Switzerland, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office - Client Experience Design team in Switzerland.
You’ll get to:
1. Assist in developing and implementing user interface designs for financial solutions in e-banking, mobile banking, or on ubs.com.
2. Collaborate on prototypes and end-to-end experiences.
3. Create wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize designs using prototyping skills and visual elements.
4. Participate in experience activities to apply your design thinking and growth mindset to develop new digital experiences.
5. Support design management activities.
Your team
You'll be working in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Client Experience Design. In our agile organization you will be collaborating with product, channel and client need teams to shape client experiences while working agile in a hybrid model at UBS offices and from home. You will work within our Agile Delivery Organization, leading and collaborating closely with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, data analysts and other UX experts.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
1. has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
2. has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
3. has some experience or coursework in UX Design, Interaction, and/or Visual Design (experience in the financial sector is a plus).
4. is familiar with Figma.
5. has a basic understanding of visual design/layout/typography.
6. has awareness of the UX spectrum - discovery and exploration, user research, information architecture, user testing, A/B testing, user journeys.
7. is currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
8. has effective communication skills in English.

Your program
This paid internship will last three to six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
