PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
The Customer Service Coordinator will support the SGS LabTox entity in its day to day back-office administrative tasks and reception.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES
1. Handle all back-office activities,
2. Ensure daily phone follow up with clients,
3. Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers,
4. Provide administrative support to operations activities,
5. Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities,
6. Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals,
7. Maintain databases,
8. Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities,
9. Ensure appropriate filing and archiving,
10. Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity
Qualifications
PROFILE
11. CFC “Employé de Commerce”
12. 5 years experience
13. Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook
REQUIRED SKILLS
14. Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus
15. Reliable, flexible and accurate
16. Team oriented
17. Customer focused
18. Good communication skills (oral and written)
19. Certificate of in-company trainer for apprentices (would be a plus)
