Responsibilities: 1st Level Support: Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstations.
IT Administration: Manage the IT administration of our office in Schwerzenbach, Zurich.
Installation: Install and configure computer hardware and software.
Client Support: Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Documentation: Improve client references and maintain documentation.
IT Infrastructure: Operate IT Infrastructure Systems (Active Directory, Printers, Exchange mailboxes, DNS, group policies, VPN, network technologies, and Backup).
Policy Implementation: Support other functions such as IT policy implementation, onboarding/offboarding, among others.
What do we expect: High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least +3 years of experience in a similar role.
Confident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and mobile devices.
Excellent English and German skills.
Experience working in international environments is a plus.
Ability to learn new skills quickly, such as supporting new applications or adopting new best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills.
