Tasks
* Manage all procurement activities for CoC Digital & Development, covering strategic and operational needs
* Handle commercial & sourcing aspects, including tendering, negotiations, implementation, and contract management
* Actively manage digital services contract portfolio including relevant general terms and license agreements
* Ensure compliance with LH Group Procurement guidelines and review contracts with LX Legal Counsel
* Align activities with internal stakeholders' needs
* Involve early in requirement specification, business cases, and investment approvals
* Execute purchasing per internal regulations
* Forecast costs, manage service procurement orders and ensure accurate system bookings
* Oversee performance reviews and contract fulfillment

Requirements
We seek a proactive, flexible professional with procurement and contract management experience - ideally in TechOps, documentation, or IT - to shape this new role. With an open mindset and drive, you'll seize this opportunity to strengthen our CoC and define the position's impact.
* Higher education (Engineering and / or business administration) or equivalent
* At least 5 years of experience in procurement role
* Experience in setting up digital services agreements
* Familiarity with maintenance organizations and processes is a plus
* Negotiation skills, proactive and driving for results & solutions
* AMOS experience is an advantage, proficient in the use of MS Office suite
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in business development, risk & relationship management
* Fluent English language skills (written and oral), German of advantage
* Positive attitude
