Job Title: Training Specialist Manufacturing
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist Manufacturing to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead trainings in operations, represent operations for facility fit out, and support the design and purchasing of production equipment.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead training programs in operations and represent operations for facility fit out.
2. Support the design and purchasing of production equipment and automation systems.
3. Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly MSAT, and raise and own training-related manufacturing deviations.
4. Represent the DS Manufacturing department in multi-functional teams and externally, including tech transfer.
5. Support the commissioning and qualification, development, and validation execution for the production process.
6. Bachelor/Master in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Food Science.
7. > 10 years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment.
8. Experience in biotech processes, sterile processes, or single-use equipment handling or CIP/SIP processes.
9. Fluently in German and English (speak and written).
10. On-call duties are expected.
11. Willingness to travel up to 15%.
12. Experience in a matrix environment.
13. A first experience in automated technology is a significant advantage.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, biology, or food science, and at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment. You should also be fluent in German and English and have experience in biotech processes, sterile processes, or single-use equipment handling or CIP/SIP processes.
