What you will do
1. You keep the business safe by leading the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements across our Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance business in Switzerland with the support of the Senior Audit Manager.
2. You apply professional judgement in planning and risk assessment activities, determine the right audit scope, key risks to be addressed and the most suitable audit techniques and approaches.
3. You create a collaborative and supporting team spirit while overseeing the quality of outcomes. Additionally, you guide, coach and supervise the work of a team throughout the audit engagement.
4. You influence the business by agreeing actions and delivering the final audit report, with support from the Senior Audit Manager, when needed.
5. You contribute to the Group Audit global team through sharing own technical knowledge and engaging in our continuous training program.
What you bring
1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in Audit.
2. Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control framework and audit testing.
3. Good understanding of the audit methodology required to deliver excellent audit outcomes and the skills and competencies needed to provide quality, impactful and insightful audit reports. This includes a good understanding of the power of data analytics.
4. Excellent project management skills, ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, guide and coach the team to deliver on time to high quality standards.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
