Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Security Specialist Manager to lead our team of world-class cybersecurity sellers in the Enterprise tier. As a proven sales leader, you will support your team in achieving and exceeding targets by delivering end-to-end security thought leadership, strategies, and transformational customer outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Develops and maintains a strong understanding of customers' industries and business priorities.
* Leads the team to develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders to grow Microsoft Security share of wallet driving the security business end-to-end.
* Acts as a thought leader in digital transformation and lead team to develop strategies that help understand customer business needs and accelerate revenue and growth for the Swiss security business.
* Drives, leads and coaches sales excellence strategic and major accounts in various industries such as FSI/FSO.
Requirements:
- Extensive years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
- Cybersecurity Sales background with focus on large enterprise customers
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Security XDR, Data security and Microsoft Cloud Security offerings and complementing solutions
- Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate sales objectives
