Receptionists
At Spaces, we call our receptionists Community Associates. Our customers come to us for an inspiring work environment. As one of our receptionists, you’ll help deliver it by providing sparkling service, going the extra mile, and ensuring everyone who visits us feels totally at home.
A typical day at Spaces
You arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to ensure everything is ready. You take responsibility for ordering the first cappuccino of the day and make your round through the business club to ensure all lights are on and the place looks tidy.
As the first members arrive, you assist them with requests, such as providing the updated WiFi code. You check the meeting room agenda for a guest arriving for training, ensuring she is directed to the correct room and that coffee is provided by our catering partner.
Later, you handle mail inquiries, placing important letters in mailboxes and informing members of their arrivals via email.
During lunch, you enjoy homemade soup and salad with colleagues. Afterward, you meet with the Community Manager to discuss the organization of an upcoming summer event and take initiative to congratulate a member on their new baby.
At 6:00 pm, you politely ask the group in meeting room 3 to conclude their meeting, inviting them to join the weekly drinks or suggesting a nearby restaurant. Once the last guests leave, you tidy up before heading home.
