Job Description
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, particularly cardiologists, to promote Novo Nordisk's GLP1-RAs products.
* Meet sales targets within assigned territory, contributing to regional and national success.
* Maintain collaboration with cross-functional colleagues to develop Field Force strategies and tactics.
* Actively participate in internal meetings and trainings, contributing to team knowledge and expertise.
* Lead regional or national initiatives and projects, driving business objectives forward.
* Organize events and sponsorships in the territory, representing Novo Nordisk at congresses/events.
Qualifications
* Paramedical or scientific education, SHQA-Certificate is a plus.
* At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Pharma industry.
* Proven sales experience and relationships in cardiology, strong sales management across districts, regions.
* Key Account Management/Sales experience in another industry area is a plus.
* Fluent in French and German, good knowledge of English.
