The VP & Global Brand Lead, Respiratory is accountable for the brand franchise globally, leading a direct team of strategy, communication, design, and innovation experts. Sitting on the Category Lead Team, the GBL is responsible for global brand sales, share, penetration performance, and long-term brand equity.
You’ll set the strategy for growth, deliver a program of innovation and marketing tools to the business units, and unite the organization to execute with brilliance. You will balance the business needs of today with a clear vision for the future.
This role requires the ability to create a powerful vision and engage support from across the organization to ensure outstanding execution. You will lead a team of 12 co-located in Nyon and build strong relationships across the globe to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Vision, strategy, and planning: Use consumer, expert, and shopper data to identify opportunities for sustained category growth.
* Sustainable growth: Design and deliver a market growth strategy that maximizes penetration, equity, sales, and share.
* Brand building: Develop a compelling and differentiated long-term proposition and work with agency partners on creative and digital asset production.
* Winning organization and culture: Foster a strong culture through a diverse team that blends strong marketing discipline with entrepreneurship.
Basic Qualifications:
* Relevant business degree.
* Experience in Respiratory and OTC consumer health products.
* Significant strategic marketing experience in developed and emerging markets.
* Extensive digital experience in communication and innovation.
* Global brand building experience.
* Deep technical experience in end-to-end brand building.
* Full accountability for delivery of a meaningful P&L.
* Diverse experience across geographies and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional marketing qualification or equivalent preferred.
* MBA or related qualification preferred.
* US commercial experience.
* Understanding of big data in driving consumer value propositions.
* Strong organization skills and experience in Supply Chain collaboration.
