As a committed and highly motivated Sales & Operations Planner, you will create a sustainable tomorrow with our Global Sales & Operations Planning Team.
The application period runs until the end of November. We will evaluate all incoming applications and provide feedback at the beginning of December.
Job Responsibilities
* You translate demand into capacity planning / slot planning.
* You serve as Single point of contact within the Sales & Operations Planning Process for Project Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics.
* You closely coordinate and collaborate with the commercial and procurement department, Shipping Specialists, and Manufacturing Planners.
* You review quotations to check lead times and consider factory workload in line with business requirements.
* You define supply chain events for all components based on project strategy, lead times, and given capacities.
* You draft, adjust, and update the event schedule and prepare it for kick-off meetings.
* You track major events, monitor progress, and proactively define actions with the Project Manager, Supply Chain, and Logistics in case of deviation or delay.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a technical field of education.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Planning or Supply Chain Management.
* Strong ability in using SAP.
* Strong customer-focused problem-solving and conflict management skills.
* Team spirit and well-developed communication skills, as well as the ability to work in an interdisciplinary and international environment.
* Very good communication skills in English and a good level of German.
