Key Responsibilities
* Increase Ecolab Institutional market share through targeted sales efforts.
* Achieve new business sales targets by working with the budgeting process.
* Ensure profitable growth via new business while adhering to strict pricing guidelines.
* Conduct technical surveys to develop targeted Ecolab programs.
* Prepare and present presentations to convey the Ecolab value proposition and secure new business.
* Develop basic customer rollout plans to ensure clear expectations.
* Collaborate with the field team as the single voice of Ecolab during prospecting, proposals, and presentations.
* Manage relationship transitions to Local Sales Teams.
* Participate in trainings involving classroom and on-the-job assessments.
* Nurture industry contacts through networking, trade shows, functions, and equipment suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 4 years of outside sales experience.
* Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous sales development experience within Institutional market sectors.
* Solid understanding of Ecolab products, services, and systems focused on Institutional markets.
* Results-oriented sales track record with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and passion to deliver and exceed client expectations.
