Our client is a leading international player, recognized for its high-quality solutions, innovation, and long-term partnerships with global OEMs and industrial customers. With a strong presence across Europe and Asia, the Swiss subsidiary plays a key strategic role in finance and operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
2. Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Perform cost center and profit center controlling, with focus on production and supply chain.
4. Develop KPIs and dashboards to support operational and strategic decisions.
5. Drive process improvements in reporting, controlling, and internal procedures.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.
7. Ensure compliance with internal policies and Swiss OR / IFRS standards.
8. Participate in group reporting and consolidation processes.
9. Act as a sparring partner for management and contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or similar.
2. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
3. 3-6 years of experience in Controlling, ideally in an international industrial or manufacturing environment.
4. Solid knowledge of cost controlling, budgeting, and reporting.
5. Strong command of Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
6. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
7. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
