We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team in La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer behavior, providing insights, and coordinating CRM communication lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze customer impact of Nespresso's initiatives and provide insights on behaviors, proposing corrective actions to maximize ROI.
* Coordinate CRM communication lifecycle with product team and Targeting specialist to ensure best experience for customers.
* Conduct ad hoc analysis on impact of products and services on customers' behavior, providing powerful insights.
Requirements
* Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
* Experience in Direct Marketing or CRM.
* Experience in customer base analysis and KPIs reporting (Datamining experience).
* Good knowledge of KNIME, Power BI, and Snowflake.
* Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
