Sales & Product Manager Role
Overview:
As a Sales & Product Manager, you will oversee and drive the growth and strategic direction of our product portfolio, focusing primarily on nutrition pumps and related consumables. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support the development of the product portfolio, with a focus on nutrition pumps and consumables.
2. Create accurate sales forecasts and budget plans as part of the overall planning process.
3. Develop and implement effective sales, pricing, and marketing strategies to position products optimally in the market, considering target margins and market needs.
4. Analyze sales performance, conduct market research, and monitor competitors to develop appropriate segmentation strategies.
5. Design and execute creative campaigns and comprehensive marketing plans.
6. Lead customer projects, organize training sessions, symposiums, and workshops, and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
7. Collaborate with the sales team on sales initiatives and support customer negotiations.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, customers, associations, and institutions, representing the company at events and congresses.
9. Work closely with Supply Chain Management and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product availability and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in field sales or in a cross-functional role between sales and marketing within the MedTech or pharmaceutical industry.
2. Strong expertise in life cycle management, budget planning, and cost management.
3. Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
4. Dynamic and collaborative marketing and sales professional with a team-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, English, and French (Italian is a plus).
