Sustainability Project Manager 80-100% (w/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
Manage group sustainability projects and activities from a diverse range of environmental, social and governance topics
Coordinate, support and drive the decarbonization and sustainability integration initiatives of our 2027 Mid-Range Plan in close collaboration with local units and key business functions
Drive the integration of sustainability in procurement and supply chain management
Monitor and analyze new sustainability requirements and their impacts on our business
Co-develop and initiate tailored approaches for upcoming legal, customer and other stakeholder requirements, including Scope 3 emission reduction
Increase awareness, knowledge and engagement of employees through presentations, trainings and communication platforms
Respond to business inquiries and manage customer and investor evaluations and assessments
Support the sustainability data collection and evaluation and co-create the annual sustainability report following GRI and CSRD
Your Profile:
Master or bachelor's degree in Sustainability Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent education
2-4 years of relevant experience in sustainability and project management with specific expertise in greenhouse gas emission and non-financial disclosure
Profound understanding of business contexts, organizational development, and a high affinity for numbers and a proactive and structured way of working
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to co-create solutions by linking technical knowledge with business needs
Working experience in a technical environment is of advantage
Excellent communication skills in English (presenting, writing, personal contact) a must; German a plus
Willingness to travel approx. 5%
