Responsible for the reception of external visitors (coordination of the visitor’s program, preparation of access badges etc.)
Accept and transfer incoming calls
Dispatch and distribute the internal / external post
Support the organization of employee events and trainings as well as customer visits, etc.
Publish and prepare internal HR communications (Mailings, Presentations, SharePoint etc.)
Support the creation of Purchase Order and control the invoices for the HR department
Provide support in talent acquisition (general correspondence with candidates)
Train the commercial apprentice in relevant tasks
Backup for Time and Absence Management
Support HR projects and initiatives
Your profile
Completed administrative / commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience in a similar function.
High level of service awareness, very good organizational skills and team-oriented working style.
Discreet, loyal and flexible personality.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and / or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus.
Proficient computer and MS Office skills.
Availability to work during fixed office hours (08:00 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 17:00).
