Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate logistics for our EMEA Demonstrator vehicle campaign.
This role will involve managing event execution, organizing business meetings and events, handling logistics and supplier negotiations, and supporting the Business Development team in promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics for events across the EMEA region
* Organize and oversee periodic business meetings, town halls, and special events
* Handle logistics, amenities, and accommodation details for all events
* Support Business Development team in promotional campaigns
* Efficiently manage purchase orders and financial aspects related to events
Requirements:
* Recent graduate with Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hotel Management, or Tourism
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable working within established policies and procedures
* Creative problem-solving abilities
* Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in handling logistics and supplier management for large-scale events
