Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, recruiting, training and developing high potential agents into top performers. This role requires a self-motivated leader with strong management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, establishing strong relationships with clients, synthesizing financial recommendations and implementing customized financial plans.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of insurance agents in recruitment, training and development to achieve sales goals
* Identify and establish relationships with new clients as trusted advisors
* Present and implement financial recommendations based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
* Help clients implement financial solutions including life insurance, savings plans and other financial products
* Design and implement customized financial plans tailored to client needs
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a management or supervisory position
* Life insurance license required (or willingness to obtain)
* Superb leadership, communication, interpersonal and management skills
* High school diploma; B.A. in business or finance preferred
* Open to ongoing education in the financial industry and relevant state and federal regulations
