We are in the process of strengthening our successful, globally active, sales segment team at the headquarter in Winterthur. After the sound introduction you assume full responsibility for strategical sales within the defined market segment and applications as a customer-oriented and highly committed professional.
Your daily contribution:
* Maintains good customer relationships with end-users, distribution partners, and EPCs while making both technical and commercial offers.
* Builds relationships and leads discussions and negotiations with key customers to enable long-term business success.
* Ensures identification of key people and accounts, maintaining relationships at superior levels.
* Analyzes and compiles market and application-specific information to inform business development needs and actions.
* Leads and participates in final commercial and technical negotiations with customers.
* Supports the Regional Sales team during the bidding phase, enabling regions with application-specific training and know-how transfer.
* Transfers market requirements into required products in close cooperation with Product Management.
Your Profile:
* Master's or bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or process engineering, or equivalent education.
* Several years of experience in professional sales or business development within an international company.
* Interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
* Familiarity with the oil and gas/energy industry and B2B for capital goods; knowledge of the hydrogen energy industry is advantageous.
* Well-founded IT skills (MS-Office365, CRM).
Your Personality:
* Sound knowledge of written and spoken English (business fluent at a contractual level) is essential; good German language skills are an advantage.
* Interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
* Leadership manner, goal-oriented, and a growth mindset.
* Proactive and strategic approach with a convincing appearance and diplomatic communication skills.
* Able to guide and advise others to further develop the situation.
