Your responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will manage a variety of Parker Meggitt premier customer accounts to deliver world-class service and support. The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
* Management of Aerospace and Energy customer accounts
* Order & delivery processing and management (OTP / OTR / OTD)
* Pricing calculations (RFQ & Contracts)
* Customer forecast and demand management
* Customer dispute and overdue management
* Management of inventory, revenue, and arrears targets
* Customer master data management (MDG)
Who we are looking for
* Commercial education or Bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent
* 3 years of experience in customer account management, preferably in an industrial international environment
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Customer service oriented with outstanding communication and listening skills
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time and deadlines
* Detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible with a good team spirit
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft tools
* Fluent in both French and English
