The Opportunity
We are seeking a Niche In Store Executive / VM to guarantee excellence of our brands on the point of sale by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail EMEA channel and implementing temporary and permanent installations.
Responsibilities:
* Temporary Installations:
o Adapt global merchandising guidelines to Travel Retail channel (planograms, assortment in line with marketing, communication etc)
o Communicate with In Store HQ team for launches, special requests and adaptations when needed
o Drive internal meetings with Sales team, Marketing team and HQ team to ensure good animation delivery and installation
o Deliver animation request proposals adapted to the channel (follow retailer's guidelines and obtain accurate certificates)
o Partner selection and quote negotiation for promo packs. Optimize costs for high-quality installations
o Manage decoration budget and POs for temporary animations by allocating savings in future opportunities (coordinate with Sales Department)
o Manage visual and VM orders for all animation implementations
o Follow up technical issues of initial proposal (internally with HQ team and externally with supplier/decorator) and all logistic procedures related to proposal installation (deliveries, orders…)
o Coordinate point of sale materials
o Define local production elements budget for each account for development of promo calendar
o Support Field Supervisor regarding in-store installations
o Conduct store checks and promo feedback (internal, external)
* Permanent Spaces:
o Work with MKT and SALES team to provide brief for new doors (zoning, VP, concept etc)
o Provide design and concept respecting retailer guidelines and MKT brief
o Support Marketing Director in internal approvals for top doors
o Obtain technical drawings between PUIG & retailer for technical approval
o Produce and install permanent spaces
o Implement in top doors/at POS
* Visual Merchandising:
o Support MKT and Sales team when 3D renderings of temporary or permanent spaces are needed
o Adapt HQ Fragrances VM guidelines to TREMEA needs and specificities
o Coordinate implementation and continuous adaptation of TREMEA VM guidelines in every POS
o Supervise visuals and videos regular updates
o Monitor POSM stock, assignation and shipping
o Implement POSM local production and assignment (for temporary and permanent installations)
o Manage basic and tailor-made permanent projects
o Support Field Team with retail installations and VM implementation
Requirements:
* Experience: 3-5 years professional experience, ideally in luxury retail or interior design. Knowledge of premium fragrance and cosmetic segment is a plus
* Education: Interior Design or Architecture Bachelor (or equivalent)
* Languages: Fluent in English, very good knowledge of French (other languages an asset)
* Competencies: Multi-project management skills, detail-oriented, results-driven, autonomous with strong teamwork skills, pro-active, organized and stress-resistant
* Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD (C4D or SketchUp an asset)
