Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Group Real Estate and Supply Chain Graduate Talent Program, with focus sustainability.
You’ll get to
* work with multiple business aligned teams to implement agreed business, sourcing and real estate strategies
* help coordinate and manage various initiatives, projects and related communication activities, e.g. vendor management related initiatives, digital innovation and customer buying experience improvements
* support and foster working relationships with various internal stakeholders
* analyze processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement to help drive our strategic initiatives.
* be directly involved in day-to-day project operations, gaining business-specific exposure from professionals with different areas of expertise in Supply Chain and related functions e.g. In-House Environmental Management or Real Estate.
Your team
You will be working in UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) in our Zurich offices. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS’s real estate, global procurement and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). We identify and deliver sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms. We support UBS with its third party vendor management as well as with its Real Estate and Outsourcing footprint. We are responsible for driving UBS sustainability strategy for our own operations. We manage the Strategic Delivery Locations globally – comprising UBS and vendor operated delivery sites from which offshored and outsourced services are provided to the rest of UBS.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who
* has graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months preferably in supply chain management, economics, business administration, business analytics or data driven studies.
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadline
* is flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
* has sharp analytical and problem solving skills
* has a structured work style, confident working autonomously
* has excellent English (written and oral).
