We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for a Relationship Manager to strengthen our team in Zug. In this role you will be reporting to our Head Private & Institutional Clients Desk.

You will be a key player, turning theory into action without delay, and supporting and servicing clients with valuable insights.
As our bank grows daily, we need individuals with initiative and positivity to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services for clients. You will be entrusted with client portfolio, tasked with its growth through client-centric servicing. Additionally, you'll be on the front lines, assisting in the hunting of new prospects through online channels, events, and even cold calling to achieve our ambitious growth targets
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
1. Identify opportunities and develop the client portfolio
2. Prepare and conduct client onboardings (KYC, due diligence, client documentation service implementation)
3. Initiate and lead client calling activities, focusing on product selling and upselling to targeted clientele
4. Ensure unwavering adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.
5. Handle and coordinate inbound queries phone, email and website from prospects and clients
6. Coordinate and plan marketing materials, sales activities and events
7. Coordinate with other business lines to ensure prime client experience and viability of relationships
8. Leverage existing accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing initiatives.
9. Continuous self-education in finance as well as the field of Blockchain technology and digital assets
For you to become part of AMINA’s journey, we require the following set of experience:
10. Possess a university degree in business or finance, ideally with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
11. Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
12. High positive energy and drive to refine and improve the way things are done, can-do and hands-on mindset
