Responsibilities
1. Provide expert transactional banking service via telephone and email
2. Accurately capture and follow client instructions, ensuring ownership and resolution
3. Identify clients following policy and Customer Due Diligence regulations
4. Serve as the first contact point for payment transaction or data change inquiries, ensuring proper escalation
5. Manage service recovery activities, adhering to complaints and escalation procedures
6. Handle multi-channel, multi-currency requests
7. Ensure all client interactions comply with internal/external policies, procedures, and legislation
8. Develop and follow a personal development plan for continuous performance improvement
9. Engage in ongoing training to meet business requirements
Qualifications
10. University qualification
11. Solid knowledge and understanding of private banking with a proven experience in delivering high-level service to clients
12. Perfect command of English + French and/or Russian
13. Strong IT and effective communication skills (written and oral)
14. Ability to handle large quantities of data in diverse formats and work under pressure
15. Swiss residency is compulsory
