YOUR ROLE
As the SAP Senior Consultant SD, your role will be to leverage a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA SD to optimize sales and distribution processes, guide junior team members, and provide expert support to clients.
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA SD solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and seamless integration with other modules (MM, IDOC, APIs, interfaces);
* Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications, with hands-on involvement in troubleshooting, error resolution, and backorder processing;
* Guide and mentor junior team members, taking responsibility for team management, production support, and roll-outs, including data cutover activities and master data issue resolution;
* Collaborate with technical teams, leveraging basic ABAP knowledge to ensure effective development and customizations, while maintaining data mapping documents for interfaces and conversions;
* Deliver user training and ongoing support, ensuring smooth adoption of S/4HANA SD solutions and addressing any post-go-live issues.
YOUR PROFILE
* Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP solutions in SD and MM modules, with a focus on S/4HANA;
* In-depth knowledge of sales and distribution processes and integration with other SAP modules, as well as industry best practices;
* Experience as a functional consultant on SAP projects, with expertise in SD and order-to-cash processes;
* Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption;
* Strong leadership abilities, including team management, knowledge sharing, and a client-centric mindset, with the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams;
* Fluency in English and German.
