What it's about
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Regional HR Europe Team in Zug. The team is responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, compliance with labor laws, payroll and benefits administration, and HR process improvement.
Key areas of the function will be:
1. Act as the first point of contact for employee-related questions and concerns
2. Independently advise and support business and employees on all HR processes
3. Supervise and, train new team members
4. Manage external providers and budgets related to HR operations
5. Manage complex employee relation cases with support from Regional/Local Head HR
6. Support business with personnel-related matters and handle less complex employee relation cases
7. Have solid knowledge of country labor laws, immigration and regulations
8. Apply regional labor laws, regulations, and global policies for the region
9. Propose, draft, and implement process, policy and document upgrades
10. Use data to make proposals for improvement and drive decision-making
11. Contribute to and lead projects, defining plans and ensuring smooth roll-out of new processes and procedures
12. Facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding for team members
13. Collaborate and provide support to recruitment experts to ensure operational efficiency

14. Proven experience working in HR Operations or a related field for at least 5 years with increasing levels of responsibility, Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or a related field
15. Proven experience in managing projects relating to process, systems, and/ or control improvements and thereby proven track of highly organized and structured work approach with strong understanding of HR processes
16. Strong interpersonal skills for effectively supporting and advising employees and businesses on HR matters
17. Effective communication and presentation skills while collaborating, communicating and presenting to stakeholders across different functions and all levels of seniority in an international setting
18. Experience in coaching more junior members, while providing proactive, constructive upward and downward feedback
19. Proficiency in English and German is required
