We are seeking a Product and Sales Manager Life Sciences to serve the Swiss Plateau, Western Switzerland, and Ticino for our client, a renowned Swiss SME based in Basel.
The company specializes in developing and distributing premium cell culture media, life science products, and laboratory equipment, with a strong commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized support to existing customers and expand the customer network.
* Identify market trends and customer needs proactively.
* Offer expert advice and sell proprietary products as well as innovative life science solutions.
* Maintain relationships with product suppliers and gather market intelligence.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
Your Profile:
* You have a background in a scientific field (e.g., cell biology, molecular biology).
* You enjoy engaging with customers and providing on-site consulting.
* You are proficient in French and German, with an excellent command of English.
* You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong persuasive abilities, and negotiation skills.
