At our head office in Fehraltorf we are looking for a new Internal Technical Support Associate 80-100%.
Conception and design of products, assemblies and system solutions
Developing technical principles and assessing feasibility for decision-making
Independent product development within the company as well as with customers and suppliers
Precise realisation of targets, both in terms of design and costs
Design and selection of individual components (e.g. valves, cylinders, sensors, linear drives & guides, standard parts, etc.)
Creation of production documents such as drawings, parts lists, work instructions,
test protocols, etc. (design draft and detailing of individual parts)
Change management and follow-up documentation
Maintenance of technical documents in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) & PDM (Solid Works)
Technical customer support
Communication with external suppliers in the implementation of customer-specific requirements
Targeted interaction with all specialist departments involved in the development process
Support of the technical sales department
Product training as required (PM, VKT, VKI)
Carrying out tests and trials in development activities
Our requirements Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or technical training with
Further training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f)
In-depth knowledge and professional experience in design and assembly development
Experienced handling of CAD programmes (Solid Edge and Solidworks are an advantage)
High "inventive spirit" with pleasure in developing new ideas and design concepts
Strong conceptual thinking
Hands-on mentality, enjoy contact with internal and external customers
Structured and well-organised way of working
Knowledge of pneumatics and drive technology
Very good German and good English skills
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
