AN EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM
As a Welcome Agent Talent/receptionist polyvalent (day & night), you will participate in the daily tasks of the department while being a reference for the W spirit and concept and the brand standards.
You will welcome and take care of customers from check-in to check-out with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure a WOW effect and anticipate and respond to customers' needs.
As an Insider and a brand Ambassador, you will advise guests on the hotel's services, terms and conditions, and any other requirements to ensure a memorable experience.
You will be responsible for the communication with the guests by phone or email and report the necessary information to the different departments of the hotel.
You will verify and invoice services, collect bills and control deferred payments.
As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for the night shift in terms of security and customer relations. You will be responsible for resolving any customer complaints in a WOW manner. You will be responsible for the day's financial report as well as the hotel's newsletter. As during the day, you will welcome and take care of the check-in and check-out of the moment.
PROFILE
Previous experience in a 5* hotel reception area
Fluent in French and English, a 3rd language is appreciated
You are highly motivated
Excellent communication skills
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Position to be filled for the winter season, from December 2025 to March 2026
