More @ vorwerk.com What are we looking for? Job Responsibilities Independently plan, organize, and execute international events and incentives, collaborating closely with the VP Advisor Recognition & Events
Develop and implement a global event strategy to enhance brand presence through effective event planning
Execute live, hybrid, and digital events, including international conferences, product launches, incentives, and award ceremonies
Manage and control budgets efficiently, creating cost plans and ensuring effective fund utilization
Oversee all project phases from concept development, through participant and budget management, to success evaluation
Develop and manage pre- and post-event communication, ensuring smooth coordination and information flow
Coordinate external project teams, agencies, and service providers, and collaborate with internal departments for timely and effective project implementation
Your Profile Completed degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
At least 5-7 years of experience in planning and executing international events, preferably in a globally operating company
Proven success in strategically developing and implementing innovative event formats and incentive trips with a flair for extraordinary experiences
Excellent project management skills and experience in budget and stakeholder management
Creative and independent thinking with a strong hands-on mentality
Team player with collegial behavior
High willingness to travel and flexibility
Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
