Responsibilities:
Work closely with business owners and digital product owners to gather reporting requirements and understand their data needs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, technology, user experience, product, and design teams, applying your data expertise to solve customer pain points.
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker.
Use a combination of data sets to conduct analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization through experimentation.
Provide regular reports and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct accurate requirements analysis with various stakeholders such as business, operations, marketing, finance, etc.
Experience delivering hands-on digital analytics of various data sets, including web performance, transactional, operational, CRM, and marketing.
Strong experience in building intuitive reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI, with the ability to translate complex analysis into well-structured and simple-to-understand presentations and recommendations.
Proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.
Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and understanding of digital media mechanics, SEO, PPC, display, and affiliates.
