Summary
Fantastic opportunity to join our successful Cell & Gene business as a Shift Lead! You will play a pivotal role in managing a team of Cell Processing Specialists to carry out manufacturing operations on schedule and in compliance with HSE and GMP rules.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
Represent production management to the team members and promote Novartis values within the team.
Line responsibility and shift walkthrough.
Team supervision/management: engage and motivate the team to deliver strong results by empowering them.
Operational efficiency: continuously monitor & improve processes to maintain productivity and high quality standards in a GMP environment.
Training and support for new and existing team members.
Minimum Requirements:
People Management experience.
Organisational skills.
Production experience in Cell & Gene.
Resilience.
Languages:
English and German.
