Role Description
Remote Internship – Personal Assistant & Marketing Intern (Switzerland-based)
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and sales-savvyPersonal Assistant Internto support the founder of GvG Realty in day-to-day operations and brand-building activities. This hybrid role offers a dynamic mix of personal assistance, marketing, and exposure to the real estate industry—from luxury sales to property management and short-term rentals.
The role isremote, but applicantsmust be based in Switzerland(preferably near Zurich), as some in-person support may be required.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, confident in communication, and anticipates needs before they arise.
Responsibilities include:
* Personal and executive support (inbox, scheduling, communication)
* Calendar and meeting coordination, client follow-ups
* Assisting with marketing materials, client proposals, newsletters, and presentations
* Managing and scheduling content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Supporting brand visibility, lead generation, and online presence
* Helping with real estate research, CRM updates, and property coordination
* Sales-related support including follow-up messaging and property prep assistance
* Occasional help with holiday rental coordination, WEF logistics, and concierge-style requests
Qualifications
* Based in Switzerland(Zurich region preferred)
* Proactive mindset – you think ahead and love to bring solutions
* Sales-oriented and excited to grow in the real estate space
* Strong written and verbal communication inGerman and English(Swiss German a plus)
* Social media know-how (Instagram, LinkedIn); Canva, Mailchimp, or CRM tools are a bonus
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
* Validdriver’s license
* Experience or strong interest in real estate, marketing, business admin, or events
* High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
