To complete our team at Le Loti restaurant, we are looking for a :
Reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the restaurant and for guaranteeing professional and discreet service while applying current standards and procedures.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Operational management of the restaurant Replace the Restaurant Manager in his/her absence
Organize, coordinate and ensure the smooth running of service by the restaurant teams
Implement and maintain professional, personalized, quality service
Ensure optimal management of the restaurant: foodstuffs, supplies and equipment requirements, transmission of requisitions, etc.
Monitor the cleanliness of the restaurant and back areas and ensure that the tools and equipment provided are in good working order.
Contribute to the achievement of the department’s quantitative and qualitative objectives
Maintain close relations with regular customers and build customer loyalty
Get to know our customers’ preferences, record them in the customer cardex and communicate them to the teams
Resolve customer disputes and follow up with teams
Propose actions to the Restaurant Manager to improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with hotel and Leading Hotels of the World quality standards.
Team management Achieve teamwork, maintain a pleasant working atmosphere and good relations with other departments.
Manage schedules optimally according to activity, occupancy rates and specific needs, while complying with the law and the rules of the CCNT.
Ensure the ongoing training and integration of new employees.
Profile Required: You are a graduate of a hotel school / CFC specialist in hotel and catering / BTS in hotel and catering.
At least 2 years’ professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury brasserie.
Bilingual French/English, other languages an asset
Excellent managerial and communication skills
Knowledge of Ikentoo a plus
With excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, your leadership, rigor, and sense of service will be indispensable qualities.
Autonomy, organization, flexibility and availability will be major assets for this position.
Position to be filled as soon as possible on a permanent contract.
