Position Summary:
As an Account Manager within our dynamic sales team, you will be at the forefront of client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your role is pivotal in managing client relationships, contributing directly to the success of our sales strategy execution. With a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills, you will drive account acquisition, expansion, retention, and seamless management of all clients across all departments.
The Account Manager is a front-line sales role reporting directly to the Director of Global Sales and Marketing. This role has regional revenue targets and works alongside regional Operations Management, Project Management, and other Account Managers.
This role is responsible for the sales markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
Responsibilities:
Research prospective accounts in target markets.
Educates assigned accounts and regions on ENTEGRA’s superior ILI services and capabilities.
Formulates and executes account and regional-specific sales strategies.
Develop a plan of action to achieve regional growth and market acceptance.
Ensures achievement of annual revenue targets for assigned regions.
Furnishes, develops, and maintains excellent customer relationships within assigned regions.
Uses CRM and other sales tools to document, measure, and communicate sales activities.
Works with the Global Sales & Marketing Director to build revenue forecasts.
Builds and submits proposals for all qualifying work.
Works with management and commercial support to complete all vendor qualification requirements.
Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and pipeline events to promote ENTEGRA’s services.
Maintains a high level of engagement with all Tier 1 accounts.
Nurtures opportunities through the sales process and into bookings.
Establishes and maintains awareness of ILI competitor technology and pricing.
Support Field crews with German language communication when needed.
Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
10 years minimum experience in the pipeline inspection industry.
5 years minimum experience selling ILI.
Knowledge of general ILI applications and MFL technology/theory.
Knowledge of regional regulations and pipeline operator requirements.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Wide range of established relationships and well respected in the pipeline industry.
Willingness to travel 50% of the time in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other EU countries.
Proficient in German language and fluent in English language.
