Responsibilities
1. Further development of a cross-channel content strategy along the customer journey
2. Conception of high-quality and targeted content for all relevant content formats (such as video, photos, posts)
3. Continuous performance optimization, including analyses, evaluations and creation of recommendations for future campaigns
4. Project management including scheduling and control of campaign budgets
5. You work closely with other departments and are the contact person for external agencies
6. You ensure that the content is CI-compliant and supports the company and marketing goals
Hardskills
7. University degree in communications, marketing or similar, preferably with several years of professional experience
8. You have a good feel for storytelling and a strong understanding of target groups
9. You have a talent for copywriting and a flair for graphic design
10. Fluent German and English are essential
