Ensuring quality standards compliance, you introduce LEAN methods in assembly.
You identify and resolve quality issues by applying methods such as 8D, 4D, 5 why, Six Sigma, etc., and implement improvement measures.
Improving assembly processes through interdisciplinary collaboration with Industrial Engineering & Value Engineering enhances efficiency, quality, and robustness of AxM processes.
Preparing management reports with reliable KPIs for quality reports, analyses, action plans, audit reports, etc., is part of your responsibilities.
You manage internal and external audits, including certification audits, process audits, product audits, customer audits, COP-Conformity of Product.
Acting as an interface between production, quality management, design, and other departments is essential to your role.
Adhering to ISO, DIN, VDA, or customer-specific quality standards is a key aspect of your position.
You are responsible for training and raising awareness among the team regarding quality requirements.
Developing and continuously supporting the quality team is another critical aspect of your role.
Minimum Requirements
* You hold a bachelor's or a master's degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial engineering, quality management, or a comparable qualification.
* Experience with training in quality (i.e. 8D, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Management basics) is beneficial.
* You have at least 5 years' professional experience in quality management, manufacturing, or design.
* Assembly or quality assurance experience is required.
* You have knowledge of quality management methods (8D Report, FMEA, Six Sigma).
* Proficiency in German, English, and French is necessary.
* You have excellent skills in MS Office and good knowledge of software such as ERP, QS-STAT, SPC, CAQ, Casqit, and QSys.
* Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills are essential.
* You have good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on mentality.
