Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain our CRM database, ensuring seamless client interactions
* Pursue leads from digital marketing campaigns, fostering strong relationships with watch enthusiasts while collecting valuable data in our CRM
* Nurture existing client relationships, uncovering new needs, opportunities, and referrals through proactive communication and exceptional service
* Achieve seasonal sales targets via phone and online sales channels
* Expertly advise clients on watches, complications, and purchases, delivering unparalleled service and follow-up
* Maintain fluent English and German language proficiency, with additional European languages being an asset
* Ensure 100% client satisfaction, setting the stage for future deals, testimonials, and referrals
* Support Customer Service (approximately 30%) by working with our ERP System and logistics
* Collaborate as a dynamic team player in a fast-paced environment
